Well-Woman Exams include:

Periodic pap smear, breast and    pelvic exams

 

A comprehensive history and a reproductive exam at each visit

 

Recommendations as needed for additional screening based on age and history
 

Basic evaluation and infertility management includes:

  •   Comprehensive history and physical
  •   Evaluation of ovulation
  •   Evaluation of patency of tubes
  •   Semen analysis
  •   Limited ovulation stimulation
  •   Referral to local infertility sub-specialists

Contraceptive management and counseling includes discussion options including:

  •   IUD
  •   Vaginal ring
  •   Oral contraceptives
  •   Implanon implants
  •   Diaphragm
  •   Injections
  •   Sterilization

Evaluation and treatment of:

  •   Sexually transmitted diseases
  •   Sexual dysfunction
  •   Urinary and fecal incontinence
  •   Pelvic and vulvar pain
  •   Perimenopause and menopause counseling and management
  •   Individualized hormone replacement therapy and lifestyle changes
  •   Abnormal vaginal bleeding
